"After the purchase of my first bike when we got it home, I had found out that my Father had past away. Sam called me the next day to let me know all my paper work was done and ready to sign. When I informed Sam that my Father had past away, he gave his condolence's and told me not to worry about anything and he would FedEx all the papers to my home for me to sign when I could. When the FedEx envelope arrived, I opened it up and found a sympathy card signed by the staff at Dale's. To me, for a big company to take the time to sign a sympathy card showed me that this is truly a dealership that cares about their customers. For that reason, it has made me a loyal customer with Dale's Harley Davidson. "We are very pleased with the dealership at Dale's. We were looking for a Triglide. I say looking. We had looked at every dealer we had visited in the last two years. I could go on and on about that. But, to make a long story short, we couldn't come close to the deal we got at Dale's. We stopped there around Thankgiving. Talked to Billy about trading for a Trike.
Said it would be after the first of the year before they would have one. He keep in touch with us calling once a month, was not in anyway pushy about making this deal happen. He and Sam worked with us to make our dream of owning a new Triglide come true. Terri, helped us with accessorizing the Trike. Juanita also got a lot of guidance from the ladies in the motor clothes dept on the apparel she needed to have. For a safe and a comfortable ride.
We have nothing , but , good things to say about Dale's and their employees. This is the second bike we have bought from Dale's. Yes, the next one if there is a next one will be from Dale's too.

I am stationed overseas with the Air Force and being able to talk with a knowledgable parts staff makes the world of difference!! Without his help my bike and project would have failed!! "Several of my buddies have bought bikes over there & I have heard all good comments from them so me & another buddy came over there & he came home with a new 2008 Heritage & since then we have been back for my 5k service & just this weekend both new tires & his 5k service due to your excellent staff & "Jimmy" in the service dept you have our bussiness from now on !!! "I was with the "Run for the Wall" group out of California on May 20, 2008. My floor board rubber insert weathered away and needed replacement. The shop did not have OEM parts, but did have after market replacements. The Service writer performed his check of my bike and discovered the hand brake switch was not operating. The Service guys got my bike in and corrected in a very short time and the final bill was reasonable. I want to thank everyone for their outstanding support and quick response to my plight. "I was very pleased with the Dealership. Gary and Sam treated my wife and I great. I wasn't sure what bike I wanted. I had it narrowed down to either a Heritage or Electra Glide Classic/Ultra Classic.
Gary showed us around the show room as well as the bikes on display outside. He asked if I would like to test ride some of the bikes. There was a number of bikes to choose from. I asked to try one of the Electra Glide's first then a Heritage. They have a great road to test ride on too.
Gary answered every question we asked, he knows the product inside and out.
We are very happy with the deal we made at Dale's.
If you are looking to buy or trade bikes. You needed to check out Dale's before make a deal some where else.
